Big thinkers train themselves to see not just
what is, but what can be.
A Farmer sees his Dry Land and see that it is worth less than 1
lakh.
A Real Estate Owner does not see current state of Dry land, He
imagines Garden, Apartment, Industry and works little extra to make present Dry
Land as City Area and see that it is worth more than 20 lakhs. They visualize
the better future and they add value to this.
Big thinkers train themselves to see not just
what is, but what can be
The moral is this: Look at things not as they are,
but as they can be.
Visualization adds value to everything
A big thinker always visualizes what can be done in the future
A Customer Who is purchasing 100 Rupee product every month is more
valuable than A customer who purchase 1000 Rupees Product once.
Big Business People always value Repeated Business irrespective of
Cost
Look at the potential expenditures of the customers, not just what
they buy today.
What determines how much you're worth?
Remember the real estate example. They train themselves to
see not just what is, but what can be
Ask yourself, "What can I do to 'add value' to this
room or this house or this business?"
As you move higher and higher in the world of success, more and
more of your job becomes "people development.".
So,
·
Promise victory to others and watch their eyes light up.
·
Promise victory to them and win support from them
The 'I’m doing my job and that's enough" attitude is small,
negative thinking
Big thinkers see themselves as members of a team effort, as
winning or losing with the team, not by themselves.
Big Thinkers help in every way they can, even when there is no
direct and immediate compensation or other reward.
Practice this. Practice being a big thinker.
